Terms

Effective date: 2026-10-27

These terms govern your use of Event Hunt, a SotaZoo service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Access

Event Hunt is an invitation-only early-access service. A request does not guarantee approval. Sign in with your approved Google account, provide accurate information and protect your account access. We may limit or revoke access to protect the service or address misuse.

Event information

We collect and organize information from external sources. Listings, rankings and availability may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Check the original listing for current details, admission requirements and registration. Event organizers and registration platforms manage their events; Event Hunt does not sell tickets, confirm registration or guarantee admission.

AI clients

You may use an authorized AI client within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for the instructions and permissions you give it. You can remove its Event Hunt authorization in AI integration. External AI services and event sites have their own terms.

Acceptable use and content

Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, overload the service or use it unlawfully. Respect the rights of event organizers and other content owners. Showing an event listing does not transfer its ownership or grant rights beyond those its owner permits.

Availability

Early-access features can change or become unavailable. We provide the service as available and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage, recommendation accuracy or a particular outcome. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy, updates and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may revise these terms and will show the current effective date. Questions about Event Hunt: info@sotazoo.com.
